Location of our Villa in Cyprus
Our Villa is ideally situated for all aspects of your holiday. It is based in the holiday resort of Pernera which is part of Protaras. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away and has all types of water sports including Scuba Diving and boat trips.
Pernera has 3 great sandy beaches all with Blue Flag Status, some great supermarkets, fantastic restaurants and local Tavernas, with several bars and pubs catering for all, from sporting events, karaoke sessions, to just relaxing in the sun. Protaras is only a 15 minute walk away along the beach and boasts the wonderful Fig Tree Bay as well as several other beaches all with the Blue Flag for cleanliness.
The main street in Protaras has shops, boutiques, local tavernas, bars, clubs and restaurants from all 4 corners of the globe. A little further west will take you to Cape Greco with its stunning views and walks, and then on to the holiday resort of Ayia Napa which amongst everything boasts its famous water park which is the largest in Europe.
To the east of Pernera is the lovely rural town of Paralimni with its beautiful churches and local coffee shops and cobbled streets.
Paralimni today is a rich small progressive town which combines the advantages of a traditional village with the conveniences of a contemporary town. Modern shopping centre, and offices stand beside traditional coffee shops cobbled streets and old stores. The main square, complete with its coffee shops has retained the characteristics of the old village. The adjacent streets, the new squares and the park all carry the characteristics of a modern town with its beautiful showrooms and modern shops. There is an air of content and social harmony.
