Our brand new villa is located in beautiful Pernera, which is a quiet coastal village in the south east of Cyprus. It is close to Protaras and the popular beaches of Nissi and Ayia Napa.
Our air conditioned villa can sleep comfortably up to six adults and is available for you to rent at any time of year. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining area that can comfortably seat 6 adults, there are balconies looking over the pool and out to the sea. There is a living area complete with two sofas that can turn into double beds. There is also a flat screen TV and satellite channels if you’re feeling less adventurous.
