Our brand new villa is in part of Protaras and close to the popular beaches of Nissi and Ayia Napa.
It is located in beautiful Pernera, which is a quiet coastal village in the south east of Cyprus. There is lots to do, even out of season with wonderful bars and restaurants only a short walk away.
A well lit new coastal path connects Pernera with Protaras centre and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay.

Our air conditioned villa can sleep comfortably up to six adults and is available for you to rent at any time of year.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a dining area that can comfortably seat 6 adults, balconies looking over the pool and out to the sea and a living area complete with two sofas that can turn into double beds.
There is also a TV with satellite channels if you're feeling like a quiet night in.
